Back on the mat with buddy! Missed rolling with amitelor1 and happy I made the trip out to make training with her a priority. 
Funniest part of practice was when my hand got stuck between her abs and the mat and I had to tell her how strong & lean her core is getting! 
We had a great practice but we both came in with low energy and had to create the energy. Thankful for the kind adjustments Coach funky_gold_medina made today. At one point Amit told me & Jess she liked the focused diligence we have with each rep. Quality over quantity was definitely the motto we lived by today.
