## Caption

I know the jet lag hasn't worn off. I know a loss is painfully haunting. I know I signed up for this. I know I tell myself it is worth it but in this moment it feels harder than I want. 
Drained on day two isn't what I expected but time to adjust my expectations. Being a professional means still showing up and getting the work in. Finding my motivation in teammates and values. 
For now this tired picture is a reminder that this is a roller coaster of highs and lows. Time to do some gratitude practice and focus on some nutrition and baby hugs.
