Next month, we go teal! As an ovarian cancer survivor, September is more than just another month for me. 

September is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and I can’t help but reflect on my own journey and share the importance of listening to your body, speaking up when something feels off, and advocating for yourself. 

Early detection saves lives and can improve outcomes. And awareness is the first step. Join me in spreading hope and awareness this September by wearing teal, talking to loved ones about the signs and symptoms and making that regular doctors appt. 💕
