Last week was Eating Disorders Awareness Week and I wanted to still share with you, an organization that has helped me tremendously in my recovery journey.

The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) is a national non-profit dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by eating disorders.

NEDA is always here for you, as they have always been for me.
