The future of college athletics is on the line.

From lawsuits and NIL chaos to the transfer portal spinning out of control, the system isn’t sustainable.

I sat down with Congressman Russell Fry to break down the SCORE Act — a bill that aims to stabilize college sports and protect student-athletes.

We talked about:
- Why the NIL landscape feels like the Wild West
- The core pillars of the SCORE Act
- Protecting Olympic and non-revenue sports
- Stopping predatory agent contracts
- Balancing revenue sharing with true NIL deals
- Why athletes should remain student-athletes, not employees
- The NCAA’s role in the future of college athletics
