French #crêpes rely on a set of simple pantry staples: eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and butter. So why don't we make them at home more often? 
Although they can appear intimidating to prepare, we determined that the success of our recipe relied on some crucial crêpe-cooking tricks (Hint: a perfectly hot pan).
