## Caption

When you need just a handful of #greens or herbs cleaned, here’s one trick to avoid hauling out the salad spinner.

Grab an empty, perforated plastic clamshell container (like those used for berries) and placed desired greens inside. Quickly run water over the container to give them a rinse. Close the container and shake water off, vigorously. Pat excess moisture off greens with paper towels, and use as desired.
