We love #holiday beverages, especially when we have a cookie that’s utterly dunkable in-hand. The tender texture and mild sweetness of our #Cranberry Swirl #Shortbread is the result of using a homemade cranberry puree (both swirled on top and sandwiched in the middle) that adds a welcome tartness to this buttery shortbread. Additionally, a two-stage baking method avoids drying out the cranberry swirls.
