• Now, as they lead the way toward healing, justice, and democracy, U.S. funding cuts are impacting their progress, and many organizations have been forced to shut down entirely.

• Very little funding reaches women and girls in crisis and conflict zones, and they don’t just need emergency aid—they need long-term, flexible funding to address immediate needs like food and shelter, while also rebuilding communities and fighting the injustices that worsen crises.

• Syrian feminists need feminist funding that stays after the headlines fade.
