After having been certified through NAF’s Expression From the Inside curriculum, the Ladies of the Arc hosted their first expressive art workshop last weekend, receiving and guiding other mothers going through 
similar grief and trauma. The theme of the workshop was GROWTH and colors were utilized to share emotions; process grief, and discuss healing and hope.
