Are you ❤️♾️TEAM Conrad or 💙TEAM Jeremiah? Or maybe just TEAM Belly choose yourself? 

It’s thesummeriturnedpretty finale, and you know I had to put together a spread inspired by all the moments we’ve loved across three seasons. No spoilers—but the love triangle, the finale in Paris, it’s all come down to this.

Here’s what’s on my table and basically this spread is a love letter to the show and book! 

    •    Susanna’s Fourth of July Berry Cake 🇺🇸 a sweet nod to her love of family traditions.
    •    Conrad’s Dirt Bombs 🧁—he baked them for Belly’s birthday, making them a symbol of their shared childhood and his way of showing affection, even when words failed him.
    •    Taylor’s Banana Split 🍌🍨—Taylor once used it as a metaphor for the love triangle: Belly as the banana, and Conrad and Jeremiah as the two scoops of ice cream on either side.
    •    Belly’s Pomegranate Lime mocktail 🍹—a fun twist on her margarita in the movie.
    •    Candy bowls for the teams: Swedish Fish 🐟 for Jeremiah, Sour Patch Kids for Conrad, and a bowl of pink, white & blue jelly beans for Belly herself—subtle undertones of both boys + her own heart. (Ideally Lemon Jelly Belly, but this worked!)
    •    And Junior Mint 🍬—in the show, it’s the carnival bear Conrad won for Belly, but here I represented it with everyday candy.

jennyhan gave us one of the best book-to-screen adaptations, and now we’re getting a movie with one more big milestone in Belly’s story (please be the wedding 💍). Until then, I’ll be rewatching this show, re-reading the books, snacking, and still asking—are you Team Jeremiah or Team Conrad?
