Excitement is in the air for #NCGrad2024! Ready to walk across that stage on October 24th & 25th? From the gown to your big stage moment, here's the inside scoop on how to make your convocation smooth and memorable: 

🕒 Find your ceremony time by visiting NiagaraCollege.ca/Convocation.

👪 Guest info can be found in the link as well.

⏰ Please arrive early. We recommend arriving at least one hour before your ceremony time. The auditorium will open 90 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

👨‍🎓 Report to the Robing Area when you arrive. You do not need to “order” your robes or pay for anything – everything will be ready for you at no charge. 

🎢 Line up in the AHI hallway. Signs will be posted with program names on them – look for yours, and line up with your fellow graduands. 

🎦 Guided by marshals, graduands will Proceed to the Simplii Financial Athletic Centre, and take their assigned seats. The ceremony typically lasts between 90 minutes and two hours.

🎓 When it’s your turn to cross the stage, present your Ceremony Card to verify your name. After you have crossed the stage, please return to your seat and stay until the ceremony concludes.

👨‍🎓 Following the ceremony, please return to your gown/hood to the Robing Area to receive your credential.
