One of our chefs at Ethos, now our Executive Chef, started his culinary journey as a humble busboy at outback and that’s where he fell in love with restaurants.

Few dishes are as comforting and iconic as the legendary Bloomin’ Onion. This is our refined tribute: crisp, golden petals served with a silky garlic aioli, crowned with decadent Osetra caviar or smoked trout roe.
