🦂 This posture continues to teach me humility. I am sharing this to illustrate my transformational journey that began when I experienced a heart attack at the age of 13. Since then, I have been living with rheumatoid arthritis for over 30 years and have also battled tumor growth. My life has presented me with numerous challenges due to my autoimmune disorder, but I have come to realize that the advancements I am making in my yoga practice are what keep me going. These advancements have taught me valuable lessons, including humility. By demonstrating my ability to touch my feet to my head, I am not trying to showcase something impressive; instead, I want to share a journey of healing, which you can take too!
