From the beginning of the year when we first started Reading Partners, you were excited, determined, and more than willing to read. I don’t know if you remember, but that first day when I started to read out loud, you took the book out of my hand and began reading it to me. From that first day, I knew how smart were, and how successful you would be. The amazing bond we have formed will forever be in my heart, and I hope it will remain in yours. I want you to know that when you look at your folder, and see my name on almost every week for this whole year, that it was no accident. I want that to show you how important you are to me. I want you to know that I have seen amazing growth over this past year. That I am incredibly proud of you. That even though I will not be with you this summer, I know you will continue to be the silly, creative, caring, intelligent, yet imaginative girl that has entertained me every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00pm for an entire year.
