SEPTA is starting the process of fully restoring service after Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro on Monday approved the usage of capital project money to fund the transit agency's daily operations for the next two years. 

Although service is expected to be restored on Sept. 14, fare increases will still go in effect.
