Woke up at 4:30am thinking all I had to do was ride my bike 17 miles up and down the coast… then our swimmer didn’t show up so I decided to hop in the ocean and swim the 800m and THEN hop on my bike 😂 

SO grateful that sarah_robarts had an extra rokamultisport wetsuit and goggles that I could borrow! 

brytni and I had a BLAST supporting the cafoundation at the zumabeachtri! Such a great organization to support and an overall amazing way to spend a Sunday morning. Thanks for having me! See you next year!
