🥇 🍷 Michelin Sommelier Award – Faye MacLachlan, Langdon Hall
🥇 🙌 Michelin Outstanding Service Award (sponsored by Capital One) – Restaurant Team led by Ryusuke Nakagawa, Aburi Hana
🥇 👨‍🍳 Michelin Young Chef / Culinary Professional Award – Eric Chong, aKin

Chong’s win is especially meaningful—his restaurant aKin was also awarded its first MICHELIN Star. Inspectors praised his bold, modern tasting menu that draws from his Asian heritage and uses top-shelf Canadian ingredients from coast to coast. Highlights have included lobster cheung fun, char siu bao with Iberico secreto, and grilled langoustine with silver needle noodles—all served in a sleek gold-leaf–framed dining room with both a chef’s counter and cocktail program elevating the experience.
