reidbetweenthelimes lets the grapefruit peel in our Indigo Gin shine with this lively twist on a Bee’s Knees 🤩 Featuring an acid-adjusted grapefruit juice, this simple method involves adding powdered acids  until it matches lemon or lime’s tang for endless flavour options! 🍋🍋‍🟩

GRAPEFRUIT BEE’S KNEES 🧡
・1½ oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
・¾ oz Honey Syrup
・¾ oz Acid-Adjusted Grapefruit Juice*
・Grapefruit Twist, to garnish**

METHOD: Shake ingredients on ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and enjoy!

*To make the acid adjusted grapefruit juice,
mix 100g  of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and 4g of citric acid together. Stir until dissolved and store in the refrigerator. Note: It is best if used the same day 🤗
