What better way to sip into the weekend than with this autumnal twist from the.boozy.ginger 😋 Sweet pear juice mixes beautifully with the bright citrus of our Cucumber Lemon Gin, making for a pear-y delicious sip! 😉🥂

CUCUMBER PEAR GIMLET 🥒
• 2 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Pear Juice
• ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 3-5 Cucumber Slices, to muddle
• Cucumber Ribbon & Pear Slice, for garnish

METHOD: Add simple syrup and cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe, garnish, and enjoy!
