My favorite snack, steak and chimichurri.

The beef was prime tasajo from kingsmeatandbbqsupplyco and I seasoned it with biguncbbqrubs beef rub. 

Grilled hot and fast over kingsford on my webergrills kettle. And I finished it off with a habanero chimi from tfti.bbq cookbook.
