Love going to the range to refine my shooting skills. Loved that rallywestvirginia had a shooting event that tested athletes to shoot when their heart rates were elevated. 

In 2020 my garage was broken into and some of my training gear was stolen as well as some items gifted to me from the CrossFit Games. One of my biggest concerns was that they would come back and try and break into the apartment and take more.

Being able to protect myself and defend myself is important to me. Having the education and understanding how to handle firearms is also very important. I will constantly seek knowledge, education and practice so I can be more proficient with my shooting for competition like Tactical Games or self-defense.
