## Caption

This month’s Employee of the Month is Bob Garbark, our amazing Pickleball Monitor! 🏓

Bob’s positive attitude, dedication to customer service, and passion for building community have helped turn our pickleball program into one of Premier’s most loved offerings. He’s always friendly, always helpful, and always in a good mood.

We’re lucky to have Bob on our team. Help us congratulate him on this well-deserved recognition! 👏💙
