Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost and honor the courage of the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001. Their bravery and selflessness continue to inspire us.

In their memory, we invite you to take on the 9/11 Challenge as a symbol of strength and unity. Choose one of the following to complete:

Stairmaster Gauntlet (traditional): 110 floors

Stairmaster Steppers: 110 floors or 1,400 feet

Jacobs Ladder: 1,400 feet

Treadmill: 2 miles with high incline (5.0–15.0)

NuStep: 2 miles

Elliptical: 2 miles with incline if possible
