You know what I’ve realized? So much of growth doesn’t actually happen in the moment you take the leap, it happens before that. It’s in the second you decide to back yourself.

It’s not about having all the skills, the perfect plan, or even the confidence figured out. It’s about saying, “okay, I’m in, now let’s see where this goes.” And once you make that choice, everything shifts. The steps get a little lighter, the path feels a little clearer, and you surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

I’ve seen it again and again, when we choose to believe in ourselves, even just a little, doors start to open.
