Rapper #DrexTheJoint has spoken out after his brother, #ElMorenoMexicano, was arrested following a downtown Indianapolis crash that left one person dead. 

Police say the 26-year-old faces multiple OWI charges, including a Level 4 felony for OWI causing d-ath, and could face up to 12 years in prison.
