## Caption

We had a great time as a staff in Austin, Texas at the @c4performancecenter representing well and continuing to push the standard forward.

Partnering with @universalspeedrating , we shared expertise on the critical role of speed in sport and life. Speed isn’t just about how fast you can run, it impacts every aspect of performance, both physically and neurologically.

Big thanks to @briankula and @clh_strength for speaking and representing The Farm well. The room was engaged, people were listening, and everyone left better than they came.

Excited to keep building, collaborating, and raising the bar.
