Give yourself grace 🤘

September 10th is World Suicide Prevention Day, and I just want to remind everyone that words and actions matter. 🎗️

Student-athletes are just kids, living out their dream of playing in college, and they deserve the same grace and respect they’re trying to give themselves.

They face criticism, pressure, and scrutiny every day, often straight out of high school, and it can be a lot to handle. We don’t always see what they’re going through behind the scenes, and a little kindness can go a long way.

Be mindful, be kind & be aware. 🎗️🤘
