## Caption

Plump & Juicy Beer Brats will be on the menu for football this weekend. Comment Brats and I will DM you the brand new how-to video that also has a link to the MeatChurch.com recipe. I carmelized onions in the yeti Ranch Pan (coming out real soon), then dropped in fresh brats and submerged them in beer. After they simmered in a hoppy bath I removed them and grilled them directly to crisp up the casing and get flavor from the char. 10/10!
