Prepping hamburgers with Mozi, who runs ConPapa’s food truck in the north of Israel, was definitely a highlight of my trip! Mozi is Moroccan, shares a passion for food and cooking and wanted to serve his country by spending the last a year and half giving soldiers free burgers and meals—he has prepped 25,000 burgers! Mozi is an unsung hero! Loved grilling in his food truck with him and his energy was awesome. We agreed that our favorite movie was jonfavreau Chef! #FoodTruck #Hamburgers #Israel 🍔
