One of the best things about thru-hiking is the amazing trail characters you meet along the way! My friends and I were lucky enough to meet Mr. Magoo while having beers at the brewery in Snoqualmie. He’s a local bikepacker that loves helping hikers through small acts of service like fixing zippers on tents and donating little things you might need on trail. Such a friendly, fun, and helpful soul! Count yourself lucky if he appears while you’re hanging in Snoqualmie! 😄
