Getting everything *dialed* before Oct 3rd weekend! I’m so excited to host my first ever Airbnb Experience in one of my favorite places to run- along the ocean in Santa Monica.
I’ve worked with Airbnb to curate a really unique experience for y’all. The framework started with a run (of course) and then we built out from there to include breathing practices, and a warmup and cooldown routine we will go through together. There will be time to work on form and answer any questions you have about training, recovery, nutrition, mindset, or anything else!

And yes, you WILL head home with a swag bag filled with some of my favorite things, including a pair of sunglasses and wellness treats to keep your good momentum going. 🤩🤩

Sessions are available on Oct 3, 4, and 5 in Los Angeles.
