“I knew she’d be absolutely unpredictable,” DiCaprio told Blavity’s Shadow and Act in a recent interview. “She’s a fantastic actress. I knew her socially. And we needed somebody to improvise for this character. She needed to come in like a lightning rod. And as soon as I heard that Paul was thinking about Teyana, I was like, ‘That’s our girl for the job.’”
