LAMBRUSCO SPRITZ
・1 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
・½ oz Grapefruit Juice
・¼ oz Simple Syrup* (optional, see below note!)
・2 Dashes of Bitters
・3 oz Lambrusco
・Orange Slice, to garnish

METHOD: Build over ice, stir, garnish with orange slice. Enjoy!

*As Lambrusco can vary in sweetness level, make sure to taste the wine on its own before deciding to add simple syrup!
