KATSEYE’s Megan Skiendiel has thanked fans for how they reacted to her coming out earlier in the year at a panel event held during Bisexual Awareness Week.

“The response has been so heartwarming and welcoming, I’ve just felt so loved the second I decided to come out as bisexual,” she said during the band’s keynote speech at the Teen Vogue Summit in Los Angeles on Saturday 20 September.

The K-pop group member has been openly bisexual since a live Weverse broadcast made back in June 2025, making her the second member of the group to be openly LGBTQ+ – as bandmate Lara Raj announced she was queer in March.

Megan added that she was “definitely scared” to share her truth, but that fans’ support has been overwhelming.
