Now’s the perfect time to go leaf peeping in Colorado as the aspens turn entire mountainsides into the most beautiful yellows.

It was hard to not want to take a photo in every corner — this trip was one for the books 🥹 Here’s what to know about chasing fall colors in Colorado:
🍁 Rent a 4WD — some of the best scenic drives include unpaved roads.
🍁 Reserve national park tickets in advance — fall is peak season and spots go fast.
🍁 Use pull-outs for photos — there are tons of them, just be sure to park safely.
🍁 Download offline maps — cell service can be spotty in the mountains.
