This week for #FitnessFriday, we’re highlighting our #ArmyROTC brigade leadership, professors of military science and staff who joined Brig. Gen. Barnett and Command Sgt. Maj. Walls for a CrossFit workout at a local CrossFit gym. 

The workout included a variety of physical events like rowing, air squats, and burpees 💪
