Yet too often, they are shut out of decisions that shape their lives and face barriers to education, decent work, health services and political participation.

I asked world leaders at #UNGA to spare no effort to make young people equal partners and decision-makers as we accelerate our work to realize the Sustainable Development Goals.

By relying on their ideas, energy and leadership a more just, peaceful and sustainable world is within reach.
