After a little break, #FoodForThought is back! 𝙁𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝘼𝙡𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙤 is on the docket for dinner tonight...good pick @jessicanelson03!

For the sauce...
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1-1/4 cups whole milk
• 2/3 cup freshly shredded Parmesan
• 3/4 cup freshly shredded Mozzarella cheese
• Salt and pepper (to taste)

Pour over boiled pasta and enjoy with a side of grilled chicken and broccoli!
