This marinated feta comes together in less than 10 minutes! We just grate the lemon zest and fresh garlic directly into our zwilling_usa Fresh & Save Vacuum Bowl (using their slicer/grater attachment makes it so easy and quick!!), then toss the feta in herbs, red pepper flakes and plenty of olive oil. 

The bowl comes with a lid that vacuum seals with their Fresh & Save Vacuum Pump, so it will stay fresh in your fridge for weeks! You can add the feta to bowls, salads, charcuterie boards, etc. and you can use up the super flavorful olive oil in salad dressings, marinades, and so much more. Garlic & Lemon Marinated Feta 

16 oz feta, cut into half inch cubes
3 large cloves garlic, grated 
Zest from 2 lemons 
1 tsp dried oregano 
1 tsp dried basil 
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 
1 cup extra virgin olive oil 

Grate the garlic and lemon zest straight into a medium-large bowl. Add in the feta, oregano, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes and olive oil and toss to combine. If the feta isn’t fully submerged in oil, add more until it’s covered. Seal and refrigerate for about 3 weeks.
