I’ve been living with Endometriosis for half of my life. I can write a book on the ways this condition has influenced my life, and the amount of times I ask myself, “is this endo or is this something bad?” because I’m so used to being in pain that I can’t tell the difference (and I’m not the only one). While this condition is one of THE MOST GASLIT conditions, has yet to have any significant research, has no treatment other than hormones, no pain management, and women are expected to continue life as normal… here are a few things that help me have a somewhat functional life with Endo:

1. elixhealing - I’ve been using them for almost a year and it’s the only supplement I’ve seen an actual difference in my symptoms. The best part of this company (besides the products) is definitely the team, they’re available to help you get the right blend and the right dosage. *Another plus, I barely get sick since I started Elix* Use code 15GABRIELLES for a discount

2. Period Underwear - I’ve been using period underwear since 2017, and I haven’t looked back. I feel better, it’s better for the environment AND my wallet! These are from nudah.basics , super comfortable, leek proof and Latina Owned!

3. New addition to the team! rebrelief - heat helps me A LOT, and I would put a heating pad in the front and another on my back, and now.. I don’t have to! I just love to see women creating products for women that actually make a difference. Use code thegabysantana for a discount

4. Cannabis - I understand this isn’t for everyone, but it is the most efficient way to control my pain without the use of opioids that will end up ruining my liver or making me a pill addict. Ways you can use cannabis: smoke it, edibles, suppositories, pills, lotion, patches, teas, bath salts, drinks, etc.…. there are sooo many options. When you go to a dispensary, talk about your symptoms! They will help you find the best option for you.

To all my ladies with Endo (or think they could have endo) you’re not alone, the pain is real, and it’s not in your head. I hope this helps and please share any other recommendations! 🫂🤍
