☕️ Pumpkin Tiramisu-Inspired Brownies: fudgey brownies with a creamy pumpkin mascarpone layer, enjoyed with Little Women playing softly in the background, are a perfect addition to my fall baking adventures.

🎃 Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Brownies:
12 tbsp Butter
4 oz Chocolate Wafers
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup Granulated Sugar
3 Eggs (room temp)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coffee extract or ground coffee
1 tbsp Milk
1 cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup AP Flour
1/8 tsp Salt

Pumpkin Mascarpone:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
8 oz mascarpone
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
