🍲 Roasted Garlic Potato Soup is perfect for cloudy days when you want to cozy up with something warm and comforting. It comes together in one pan with a few simple ingredients.

🤎 Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Ingredients:
2 heads of garlic
1 white onion or yellow onion
8 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (skinned optional) 
4 strips of Turkey bacon or bacon of choice
3 to 4 sprigs of sage
2 to 3 sprigs of thyme
1 to 2 tsp paprika
4 cups chicken broth
1 to 2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
