As an Oklahoma chef, onion burgers are in my blood — so when I say I’m on the hunt for the best in the country, I’m starting right here at home. 

Today I’m at suncattleco in OKC, where they’re not just serving up a killer version of this local classic — they’re raising the cattle, too. 

One of the owners sources the beef himself, and you can taste the difference. Crispy grilled onions, juicy patties, and dare I say the best onion burger in the country??🍔🧅🔥
