First, the watch guides you through a quick questionnaire. Then, the watch helps you align with a satellite. Once connected, your full report is sent –  including medical ID, battery level, and GPS location – to a relay center where a live person communicates with emergency services on your behalf and provides next steps for you. 

It’s a big upgrade in safety for anyone who hikes, travels, or works in remote areas. 🌲
