CBS Philadelphia on Instagram: "A #Philadelphia area woman is breathing a sigh of relief after her dog, who went missing for four days, was found alive thanks to a thermal drone and a determined pilot.

When Samson bolted from Angela Ruberto Rodden's yard in Newtown Square after getting spooked, she turned to social media and soon someone had recommended Precision Drone Services make an assist.

Pilot Joshua Barry used a drone with infrared technology to find Samson's heat signature hiding in some bushes about a mile from his owner's home.

Ruberto Rodden then coaxed the frightened dog out using the scents of fried chicken and cookies. Samson is now back at home and is healthy, and will be wearing a collar with an AirTag in it from now on.
