- 2 oz. gin
- 2 sage leaves
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. honey simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 sage leaf for garnish

Pumpkin Vodka Pasta:
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 diced shallot
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 tbs. tomato paste
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- Seasoning (measure to taste): salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup pasta water
- 1 tbs. butter
- 2 sage leaves
