Whisky Brownies:
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbs. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz. whisky
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Ganache:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 oz. whisky

Pumpkin Patch:
- melted white chocolate + green food dye
- ziploc bag for piping
- pumpkin candy corn

Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Melt butter and pour into a bowl. Add eggs, sugar, and whisky then thoroughly whisk. Make sure ingredients are well combined.
3. Whisk in heavy cream and oil.
4. To your wet ingredients, sift in dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt). Fold to combine, making sure to not over mix.
5. Once combined, gently fold in chocolate chips.
6. Spread brownie batter in a 9x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 25-28 minutes at 350F.
8. Remove from the oven to allow to cool then begin prepping chocolate ganache.
9. In a sauce pan, pour heavy cream and bring to slight a simmer. Make sure to not let heavy cream come to a full boil.
10. In a separate bowl, pour chocolate chips and whisky.
11. Remove heavy whipping cream from heat, then pour over chocolate chips and whisky in the other bowl. Allow this to sit for 2 minutes to melt the chocolate chips, then gently stir.
12. Once the chocolate chips have melted and your chocolate ganache is looking glossy, pour over brownies and spread.
13. Melt white chocolate and combine with green food dye. Pour into a ziploc bag and cut the corner to pipe the pumpkin vines on top of the brownies.
14. Add pumpkin candy corn for the finishing touch and you’re ready to serve!
