“Football season” is just another way to say “Buffalo Chicken” season 😋 

Here’s a casserole spin on the MVD (Most Valuable Dip) 🔥
 
Recipe:
 
-Melt 4 tbsp of butter in a skillet then slowly whisk in 2 tbsp of flour.
 
-Continue stirring and slowly mix in:

1 can evaporated milk
1.5 cups heavy cream
1 tsp ranch seasoning
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 brick of cream cheese

-Mix together 25 oz of shredded chicken with 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce, then stir it into the cheese mixture.

-Mix in 1 lb of boiled noodles.
 
-Top with more of the shredded cheese.
 
-Place in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes to melt the cheese.

-Top with more ranch seasoning, blue cheese crumbles, chopped green onion, and drizzle with buffalo hot sauce.
