If you’re choosing an S corporation, ask yourself:

❓ Is the business debt heavy?

❓ Is it sitting on large cash positions?

❓ Will it actually own assets?

These are all factors that weigh in.

They must be considered before making the strategy decision.

Because here’s the truth…

Making a lot of money is great.

But I don’t really care about your revenue numbers.

What I care about is your net.
